Yes. As your general contractor, we manage and coordinate all trade partners — from concrete and framing to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finish work. You deal with one team, not a dozen.
How involved can I be during the build process?
As involved as you'd like. We encourage homeowners to visit the job site, attend key milestone walkthroughs, and stay in close communication throughout the build. We provide regular updates and are always available to answer questions.
What is included in your custom home pricing?
Our estimates are detailed and transparent. We provide a comprehensive scope of work covering site prep, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical systems, interior finishes, and final inspections. We'll walk through every line item so there are no surprises.
Do I need to already own a lot to get started?
Not necessarily. While many clients come to us with land already purchased, we can provide guidance on lot selection, including grading considerations, utility access, and local zoning requirements.
Can I use my own house plans or architect?
Absolutely. We work with your existing plans or can help connect you with a local architect or designer. We also offer value engineering to ensure your design stays within budget without sacrificing what matters most to you.
